Susan Sullivan: Real Estate Biography
A true Seattle native, Susan was a successful business owner before launching her real estate career. Since 1985, Susan has been a licensed Washington real estate broker with John L. Scott. Beginning in a difficult real estate market when interest rates were twenty percent, Susan honed in on a specific type of business that drives her today: new development. Today, Susan specializes in new construction development, securing undeveloped land, and projects with land entitlements. Her skills include negotiating favorable transaction terms and working with design and development professionals. With her experience and knowledge of current market trends, and a wide network of colleagues and contacts, Susan helps her clients to maximize value all the way through the final stages of marketing and sale to the new homeowner.

Anna Sullivan
Since joining Susan in 2014, Anna has facilitated the closing of a wide range of transactions including raw land, entitled properties, townhomes, mixed-use parcels, multi-family developments and conventional single family homes. Team Sullivan frequently connects their strong network of builders, developers, investors, and buyers to complete synergistic transactions. Anna is a people person.
